Young Adult Ministry of the Greater Seattle Area

Who are we?

We are a collective of young adults who want to see God build his kingdom in the Greater Seattle Area. We recognize this vision starts with us as disciples of Christ building relationships with each other, planting seeds in the hearts of God’s people, and authentically guiding creation towards its Creator.

What do we do?

We plant young adult life groups meeting weekly to enjoy food, fellowship, and the study of God’s Word. However, this is just the beginning. We want to see unity in Christians and churches across the Greater Seattle Area; through one Spirit, one Savior, and one Creator.

What is OSAL?

OSAL is short for our name, Of Salt and Light, which comes from the call Jesus gives from His sermon on the mount in Matthew 5:13-16;

Firstly, we are called to be the salt of the Earth, bringing out the God-flavors in life, for if we lose our saltiness how will people taste Godliness? Secondly, we are called to be a light that shines through the darkness in this world, for if we cover our light how will others see God?
